in orcer to meet the deadline of January 24h. 1994 the Joint Municipal Cormminee has to
complete the Request for Proposal and have it sent out under M.E.D.'s letternead by
Cecembder 17th, 1990. Your assistance in achieving this schedule wouid ba appreciated. To
make this task easier we proposed that M.&.D. do the following:

a.

December 7th, 1990 fax Appendix “A” and ”8” to participating Lower Mainland
Municipalities seeking their quick response to the questions posed.

December 12th, 1990 follow up with a telephone call to those municipalities who have
not responded.

December 14th, 1990 telephone to tardy municipalities to elicit response.

December 17th, 1990 feedback to municipalities the outcome of questions listed in
Attachment No. 1, noting that monies should be made available by January 24th,
199%,

Mail Requests for Proposais to selected consultants.
