The guidelines described in the Recommendations section are intended to
implement the above noted conditions by appropriately amending the Official
Community Plan to create a "Development Permit Area'' which corresponding

number would be "IX",

For easier identification with the area, it is recommended that this
area be also called "Woodlands Development Permit Area".

The proposed guidelines are of a general nature and will allow
implemention of Development Permits whenever commercial or #iulti-family
projects are proposed within the described area.
