SUBJECT: Development Variance Permit
Noe 14/87 ~ Captain Court and Governor Court

RECOMMENDATION:

- That as recommended by the Director of Community
Pianning in his memorandum of June i8th, 1987 a Development
Variance Permit be approved as follows:

That Zoning Bylaw 2240, Section 802, Smalt! Lot
Residential, Subsection (4), Front Yard Setback and
Subsection (5), Rear Yard Setback be relaxed for Lots 11
Through 35 of D.oL. 341, and D.L. 344, Group 1 NWLD Plan
74,400 as shown on the attached chart.

BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS:

Pursuant to instructions issued by the Council at its
meeting of June 22nd, 1987 the owners and residents of
property surrounding the subject property have been advised
that Counci! are considering issuance of this Development
Variance Permit at its meeting of July 6th, 1987.
Accordingly, at this time written or verbal submissions
should be considered by the Council and a decision reached as
to whether or not the Development Variance Permit should be

issued.
