SUBJECT: Spring Burning (Garden Refuse).

RECOMMENDATION:

That the period March 13, 1987 to April 13, 1987 be designated Spring Burning
Month.

COMMENTS :

With reference to the above noted subject, please place same on the next

regular council agenda. Upon such a designation, garden and household refuse

may, in residential zones, be burned eutdoors on private property in daylight

hours only.
