That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to endorse an amendment to the

lease agreement with Imperial Sign Company for modification to the sign
to be located along Mary Hill Eypass west of Broadway.

And that the Planning Department be authorized to circulate another
letter to businesses in the industria! area promoting their
participation.

That the firm of Key Engineering Limited be appointed to do the
construction of the Wilson Centre Phase | expansion.

That the upset fee for the project be $548,000.00.

B.C, Previncial 'B! Championship Tournament.

Seconded by Alderman Gates:

That the 1987 8.C. Ringette Provincial 'B' Championship Tournament be
approved for March ith to 15th, 1987.

That the ice rental for the tournament be at 50% of the regular rate.

That they be permitted to use the Mabbett Room, Young Room, skate
shop, cashier's office, etc., free of charge.

And That the City be responsible for the running of the concession.
