SUBJECT: City Land Sate -— 1955 Pitt River Road

RESOLUTION:

THAT 1122+ square teet of road allowance be offered for sale
to Mr. J.G. Baker at a price of $3.00 per square foot.

BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS:

A letter nas been received from Mr. J.G. Baker regarding the
purchase of the road allowance adjacent to 1955 Pitt River
Road. Afttrer consulting with the City Engineer, and City
Planner the Administration Committee recommends the City offer
to sell the 1122.36 square feet of road allowance to Mr. Baker
for the sum of $3.00 per square foot.
