WHEREAS Section 264 of the "Municipal Act", being Chapter
296 of the Revised Statutes of British. Columbia, 1979,
provides that the Annual Budget. shail by Bylaw be adopted
on or before the 15th day of May In each year;

AND WHEREAS the said Annual Budget for the year 1983 is
appended hereto as Schedule "A" to this Bylaw;

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of
the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled,
enacts as follows: . a

1. Schedule "A" to this Bylaw shali be the Annual Budget of
The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam for the year

1983.

26 ‘This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the “Annual
Budget Bylaw, 1983, No. 1977".

Read a first time. by the Municipal Council this
day of May, 1983.

Read a Second time by the Municipal Councll this
day of May, 1983,

Reconsidered, finally passed and adopted by the Municipal
