A By-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Waterworks Regulation
By-law, 1970, No. 991". MAR 2 1981

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam,

-4n open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

i, Section "A" of Schedwie “B" of the "City of Port Coquitlam Waterworks

Regulation By-law, 1970, No. 991" Gs xrepealed and the following substituted;
“A. Fixed Rate for Premises Used Solely for Residential Purposes:

- This rate shall not apply to premises that have an unfiltered swimming pool

-docated thereon.

ten per centum (102Z) penalty shall be applied to that portion of the total

* -mamnuall fixed water rate which remains unpaid:

oi€a) At the close of business on the last Friday of March in

each year; or, , .
. Ab) Ab the close of business on the day that is one month

dater than the day of billing;

swhichever time is later." . ;
