We: would nequest that-before this sub-division is approved,

the developers concerned accept full responsibility for the
safety of any children who will occupy the houses they build.
Approximately £00 feet of our. property will border this sub-
division. At present we have a 6 foot barb wire fene¢g, which
is sufiicient to contain our stallion on our property. This
horse is not a child's pet and could be potentially dangerous
to wandering youngsters as it will kick and bite and is capable
of jumping a 5 foot fence.

| We feel, as we have farmed this land for the past fifteen
years and will continue to dc so, that the responsibility of
keeping the proposed sub-division safe for the future occupants

and also insure our continued privacy from children, pets and

garbage, lies with the developers. We would request that they

be responsible for a s0lid, safety and invasion proof fence

along the property line that divides our lana from their
