November 4th, 1974 the proceedings have reached the point where Council action is required. Moved by Alderman Ranger: Seconded by Alderman Mabbett: That the subdivision plan of a portion of Lot 113 of District Lots 255 and 384, Group 1, Plan 46651, New Westminster District, prepared by Walter E. Firth, B.C.L.S., and sworn correct by him on the Second day of October, 1974 and wherein Lot 115 is created (said Lot having an area of 7.85 acres) and the balance of Lot 113 is left as a remainder, be approved; AND THAT His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to sign the said subdivision plan on behalf of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam and affix the Corporate Seal thereto. Frith, B.C.L.S. and sworn correct by him on the Second day of October, 1974, be approved; AND THAT the City Clerk be authorized to attend to the filing of the said Right-of-Way Plan in the New Westminster Land Registry Office. Moved by Alderman Ranger: Seconded by Alderman Laking: That the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to execute the necessary document creating a Right-of-Way over the area outlined red on the Right-of-Way Plan over a portion of District Lots 255 and 384, Group 1, New Westminster District, prepared by Walter E. Frith, B.C.L.S., and sworn correct by him on the Second day of October, 1974; said document to be in the standard form of Right-of-Way agreement used by The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam.
