Criggia, Mx. Criggie has edvised me that you have not yet taken any action to clean. up the property as required therein. Accordingly, we will be placing this matter before a reoular meeting of the Municipal Council of The Corperation of the City of Pert Coquitlan to be held on Monday, January 29th, 1973 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chan- bers, Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C., anil we will be requesting that the Council issue the necessary instructions in order that effect may be given to Section 6 of By-law No. 1103, a copy of which is enclosed for your information and retention. Should you so dasire, you, or your authorized representative, will be allowed the opportunity of addressing the Council at the mecting mentioned above and will be afforded the opportunity of making whatever presentation you wieh to the Council at that time. Of course, should the requirements mentioned in Mr. Criggie's letter of September 18th, 1972 be fully complied with by the date of the Council meeting entioed above, the necessity for action by our Council will no longer remain, “Yours very truly, ~~.
