Terrace will be a riot of gold and red flowers this spring, when an estimated 8,000 tulips commemora- fing the Royal Canadian Legion's 75 anniversary will come into bloom. Branch 13 is donating 6,000 bulbs to local non- profit groups to help cele- brate the anniversary, and has already sold about 2,000 to local gardeners.
