That Council rescind the following resolution passed at the regular Council meeting held on July 12, 1993: "That the City Council grant approval to Bel Construction Ltd. to use the proposed temporary access road parallel to, and 250 ft nomh of Nacht Avenue, between Coquitlam Indian Reserve #2 and Mary Hill Road, shown as access route #3 in the City Engineers report, June 24, 1993, attached to the Council agenda", 2) The Coquitlan Indian Band requests that the City grant temporary access based on the proposed access route No.5 with the following undertakings: a) Working hours of 7:00 ain to 5:00 pm, six days a week, b) A Wheel wash will be constructed. ¢) The access road will be blocked with a gate in the evening. d) A, flag person will be provided at Shaughnessy and Nacht during the trucking Operations. 6) A crossing guard will be provided at Shaughnessy and Nacht at the times school children will be crossing the road. f) Approximately 75 trucks per day will be using access route #5. g) Permission to use access route No. 5 is requested for a period of up to eight months.
