Moved by Councillor Wright: That Application No. 91/92 and Development Permit Application No. 92/92 for 2285 Pitt River Road be approved to proceed for Rezoning from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to RM-4 (Apartment) under Section 963 of the Municipal Act subject to: a. Revisions of the proposed design to comply with RM-4 density and to the satisfaction of the Director of Plarming; Satisfaction of Engineering Department requirements; Submission of landscaping plans to the satisfaction of the Parks and Recreation Departinent; Satisfaction of Building Department concerns; and Issuance of a Development Permit. That the Planning Department be authorized to draft Development Permit No. 92/92; and That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the documents when completed subject to the conditions noted above. Satisfaction of Engineering requirements; Submission of landscaping plans to the satisfaction of the Parks and Recreation Department; Satisfaction of Building Department concerns; and Consolidation of the properties into one lot; and subdivision along the Phase I, Phase I boundary.
