BACKGROUND s The land is currently being rezoned to legalize the operation of an existing gas station and to permit the construction of a retail building that will accomaodate a restaurant and retail space. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The applicants are proposing a 5,000 to 10,000 sq. ft. commercial building intended to accommodate a 100-seat restaurant (3,000 sq. ft.) and 2,200 sq. ft. of retail space. The style of the building is contemporary and is designed to integrate appropriately with the commercial building imnediately to the north.
