The Grantee may pave the surface of the Easement Area and do all other things reascnable necessary for the purpose of the easement granted herein, but the Grantee shall not: (4a) construct, erect, lacate or place any building, trailer Or structure on the Fasement Area, other than the fence reffered to in Section 5, nor excavate any material from the slope of the dyke located on the Sservient Tenement. 5. The Grantee shall prior to occupying or using the Easement Area construct an uninterrupted chain link fence 6 feet in height along the entire southerly boundary of the RFasement Area, and shall at is expense maintain the fence in yood and servicable ‘condition during the term of the easement granted herein. 6.
