U.B.C.M. Conventions.

Among the resolutions coming forth at the U.8.C.M. Convention
this year is one relating to the size of U.B.C.M. conventions

(A56).
It.is my belief that this is a good resolution, particularly in
times of Fiscal restraint, but also very important the

unwieldliness-~of a convention of this size and the problem of
Finding facilities in. the Province to hold said convention.

I would move that this Council alternate Council members each

year,-by sending only the Mayor and one half the Council to the
U.B.C.M.. conventions in the coming years.
