THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

The three recommended projects have been very
adequately documented and justified in reports from the Project
Engineer, Mr. Ken. Ng, and I have attached these reports for
Council's information. However I have not attached the design
calculations or supporting documentation which is referred to

in Mr. Ng's reports.

Two of these projects will benefit the Mary Hill area
and the other will benefit the Victoria Drive area. May we
have Council's authorization to proceed with these projects.
