C. on Monaay, March 26th, 1973 at 7:30 p.m. to consider the following proposed by-laws to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918": 1. By-law No. 1230: To rezone Lots 1 & 2, Block J, District Lot 255, Group One, Plan 2106, New Westminster District, from RS-2 (One-Family Suburban Residential) to RS-1 (One-Family Residential). This property is located at 1796 Langan Avenue and it is expected that a single family residence will be constructed thereon following ‘completion of the rezoning procedures. By-law No. 1231: To amend Sections 501 and 502 of the Zoning By-law to restrict the "Permitted Use" of One-Family Residential authorized by Section 501 to the RS-1 (One-Family Residential) zone and RS~2 (Une-Family Suburban Residential) zone and to restrict the "Permitted Use" of Iwo-Family Residential authorized by Section 501 to the RS-1 (One-Family Residential) zone. . This By-law will affect all property in the City presently.zoned RiM-1 {Low-Density Apartment Residential) or RM-2 (Medium-Density Apartment Residential). Copies of the proposed By-laws may be inspected in the Office of the City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at the address given above, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ~ on working days ~ from March 15th to March 26th, 1973.
