A regular meeting of the Municipal Council of The Corporation of
the City of Port Coquitlam was held in the Council Chamber, Port Coquitlam
City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on November
23rd, 1981 at 7:30 p.m.

His Worship Mayor G.R. Laking, Aldermen M.D. Gates, J.J. Keryluk,
E.W. Mabbett, A.K, Muldoon, L.M. Traboulay and M.R. Wright in attendance.

Also in attendance were Chief Administrative Officer B. Kirk, City
Clerk R.A. Freeman, Director of Planning W. Brown, Recreation Director
K.J. Taylor and Recording Secretary D. Vyse.
