Mrs. Evenson also outlined the difficulties encountered with respect
to use of the building at 2667 Kingsway for a work shop and swap meet,
the swap meet being necessary to raise funds for their work shop programme.

That the Council record its approval to swap meets being held by
the Second Step Society at 2667 Kingsway Avenue, Port Coquitlam providing
approval for same is obtained from the Fire Marshal and other regulatory
authorities as necessary.

That the Second Step Society be granted the use of Hyde Creek

Council decision to withhold zoning until the burning question is
