Western Association for Youth, c/o Viscount Alexander Slementary School, 3250 Flint Street, Port Coquitlam, 3. C. March 7th, 1977. Mayor Jack Campbell City Hall, ’ 2272 McAllister Street, Port Coquitlam, B. Cc, Dear Jack: Re: Relocating the New View Society I would like to request that the New View Society be relocated at Paco House. The request seems only reasonable as the society is cur- rently operating under appalling conditions at the Dalkey Building. I find it quite ludicrous to think that people As an educator, an find their way back into the mainstream of society released from Riverview c under such conditions. on the other hand, offers a marvellous opportunity The Peco House, grammes in an environment conducive to sound mental to provide individual pro health. I propose that the New View Society be given possession of the front portion of the house and the rear Section be rented out to pay for the property and provide some security in the evenings. I would like to meet with yourself and the council to discuss the issue and see if we can work something out. In the meantime, I hope to meet individually with each council member to explain and discuss the issue more fully. Sincerely yours, Cictpraenp “/ DonA. MacDonald, B Ed.
