PUBLIC NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam
intends to sell the undernoted portion of land to Meridian Developments

Ltd. for the sum of $1.00 together with other valuable consideration:

Lot 116, N.E. Quarter Section 6, Township 40, Plan 28650, New Westminster
District.

It will be a condition of sale for Meridian Developments Ltd. to transfer
ownership of the following property to The Corporation of the City of
Port Coquitlam for the sum of $1.00:

Lot 269, S.E. Quarter Section 7, Township 40, Plan 42696, New Westminster
District.

Any person wishing to bid on the City property proposed for sale or trans~

fer or wishing to Propose any alternate sales or transfers is advised to
submit their bid in a sealed envelope marked "Tender For Municipal Land"
and addressed to R.A. Freeman, City Clerk, City of Port Coquitlam, 2272
McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C. for receipt before 12 o'clock
neon on Thursday, September 27, 1973,

The lowest price that will be accepted for the property is $1.00.
