A Bylaw to Amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw. 1987. No. 2240" JAN 2 4 1994

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam. in open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

The "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240” is amended by adding to Section 301
the following after "M-3 Clean industrial”:
"M-4 Business Industrial Park"

The Bylaw is further amended in Section 601, by adding, after the Industrial M-3 entry, the
following:

"M-4 930 m~ 30m 18m 28 m"

3. The Bylaw is further amended by adding, “after Section 1003, the following Section 1004”:

"1004. BUSINESS INDUSTRIAL PARK (M-4)
INTENT

To provide a high-quality setting for low impact industrial, warehouse retail and large
office uses.

USES PERMITTED
Processing and finishing of manufactured goods:
Warehousing, storage and distribution of manufactured or processed products;
Wholesale and warehouse retail sales;
Mail delivery business, sorting and distribution plant:
Automotive sales and accessory automotive service;
Accessory retail sales:
Laboratories and scientific and technical research establishments;

(h) Trade. technical. professional and vocational schools:
