property.

That as recommended by the Director of Community Planning in his
memorandum of September 5th, 1991 the Voluntary Development Variance Permit be
issued for 2508 Patricia Avenue in the form appearing in the Agenda documents
of this Council meeting.

Carried.

Alderman Gordon voted
against the resolution.

Alderman Gates introduced a bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlan
Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240".

Drainage Development Cost Charge Funds for this purpose. | oe
