That "No Stopping” signs be posted along the south side of Pooley and the eastside of Knappen, along the Doundary of ‘Kilmer Eiementary School; That a school zone sign be placed on Pooley Avenue directly west of Connaught « Backexound & Discussion: The Committee considered a memorandum from the City Engineer regarding a letter dated November 27, 1990 received from Mrs. King-Wilson, Kilmer Home and School Association. The Committee, after considering the suggestion in Mrs. King-Wilson's letter and existing traffic controls in the Kilmer School area, recommended that "No Stopping” signs be posted along Pooley and Knappen, adjacent to the Kilmer Elementary School boundary, Some of the other items suggested in the letter refer to matters under the School Board's jurisdiction.
