No building shall be constructed without a pitched
roof having a slope of four and a half (4.5) vertical
to twelve (12) horizontal, except that up to fifty
percent of the roof area on the west side {downhill
side) of the building may be flat if used as roof

deck, patios or balconies.

No less than four (4) unique dwelling unit types shall
be located on each multiple family property.

Colour schemes and design shall be comprehensive for
each multiple family development and shall be
compatible with the colour scheme of buildings on
neighbouring properties.
