Brown Director of Planning Marathon Site Application for Rezoning File No. 29/89 RECOMMENDATION: THAT the Clerk's Office be directed to prepare a bylaw rezoning Lot 1 of D.L. 288, Group 1 New Westminster Land District Plan No. 77807 from M-2 C-2 and CS-1 as shown on the proposed plan of subdivision. COMMENTS: This application complies with the Official Community Plan designation of the property for commercial use. The application also complies with the zoning bylaw regulations for commercial development. The applicant's previously submitted an application to rezone the property to a C-2 Commercial designation. That rezoning application has received third reading. Two of the stores locating on the property are permitted in the Service Commercial zones.
