from RS-i to RM-3.
COMMENTS:

This application is to develop a seven unit townhouse complex 7

along Coast Meridian Road a: Laurier Avenue. The proposal fits

the Official Community Pian direction for development in this .

area and Zoning Bylaw regulations governing RM-3 developments.
