And that City Council! direct the Clerk's Oftice to prepare a bylaw enacting a P-4, Public Utility Zoning District and apply that Zoning District to Lot 1 of Dele 232 NWLD Plan 74062. COMMENTS: This application is to create a smail infill subdiviston along the west side of Pitt River Road. The proposed subdivision fits the South Pitt River Road Neighbourhood Plan for subdivision. The B.C. Telephone switch station located at the north west corner of this property is currently regulated by a restrictive covenant limiting its use.
