THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT CO BYLAW NO. 2307 A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitiam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" and To amend the zoning designation of certain property. The Municipal Council of the The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 1}. Section 301 of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning By!aw, 1987, Noe 2240" (the "Zoning Bylaw") is amended by inserting the following short form equivalent and zone designation in the schedule in Section 301, immediately following the short form equivalent and zone designation "RM=-4 Apartment": "RM-5 Downtown Apartment Residential’. Zo Section 601 of the Zoning Bylaw is amended by inserting the following line in the table therein, immediately foilowing the line commencing "RM=-4" under the heading "Rasidential'": NRM=5 930 m4 30 m 18 m 28m", 3- Part Vill of the Bylaw is amended by adding the following provisions after Section 808, as Seetion 809; "B09, DOWNTOWN APARTMENT RESIDENTIAL (RM=5) (1) USES PERMITTED: (a) Apartment residential. (b) Boarding: shall be limited to a maximum of four sleeoing units per lot; and oo —e — (ii) sha!l be completely enclosed within a building used only for residential use. (c) Child Care Services are permitted in apartment facilities designed or adapted for such use in a suite or part of the building on a ground floor location.
