SUBJECT: Wheel Chair Let-downs on McAllister at Donald Street
- Public Works Committee April 7th, 1987

RECOMMENDATION:

THAT Wheelchair let=-downs be installed on the southside of
McAllister Avenue on both sides of Donald Street;

AND THAT the estimated cost of $600.00 be taken from the un-
allocated funds in the Public Works Capital Budget.

Background and Comments:

In accordance with Poticy, the City is working towards a
programme of wheelchair let-downs at all sidewalk
intersections. Funds are expended for such let-downs when
there is a legitimate request for them. The above location has
been requested and funds are available in the Public Works

Budget.
