REAL PROPERTY FOR SALE BY TENDER

The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam invites tenders for the
purchase of the underncted properties:

Lot "A", Distict Lot 340, Group One, Reference Plan 71846, New
Westminster District.

This property is located in the South Pitt River Road @rea at the south
foot of Fraserview Street,

The property is now zoned RS=2 (Single Family Residential).

Tenders must be enclosed in sealed envelopes plainly marked on the
outside "Tender for Parce!| tat and addressed to: ,

and be in his hands by 12:00 o'clock noon, Thursday, October 30th, 1986. Any
tender received after this time will be returned Unopened 6s wil! al! tenders
inadvertently opened betore the closing time as a result of not being
adequately marked on the outside or the sealed envelope as required.

Terms of Sale:

1. A certified cheque in the amount of 10% of the amount offered must
accompany each tender as a deposit and each tender wil] be open for
acceptance by the Council for a period of 30 days. Upon a tender being
accepted by the Council the balance of the offered price must be paid by
the successful tenderer within 30 days or as soon thereafter as
requested or’ the deposit will be forfeited.

2. The certified cheques of the unsuccesstu| tenderers will be returned no
later than 30 days after the closing time specified above,

3. Offers may be made subject to the rezoning of the Property to RS-]
(Single Family Residential), RM-3 (Muntiple Family Residential, or a
combination of RS~1 and RM-3, Offers. should clearly state whether or not
they are subject to rezoning, and if subject to rezoning, should inctude
a plan indicating which areas of the property are Proposed for which
zoning designation. If an ofter is made subject to rezoning, the time
for payment of the full balance of the purchase price shall be ex tended
until 15 days after a Zoning amendment bylaw for the Property has been
adopted. If the property is not rezoned before March 29, 1987 the sale

agreement shall be terminated and al| money paid shall be refunded,
Zoning: amendments are entirely within the discretion of Council! and the
City does not warrant or represent that any rezoning will be advanced or
adopted.
