RESOLUTION:

That the Statutory Right-of-Way registered in the New

Westminster Land Titie Office on. th 10th day of. February, .1986

under No. 223257 wherein a Statutory Right-of-Way is.granted to

The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam over the 54.94 m2

portion’of Lot 1, District Lot 466, Group One, Plan.71193, New.
Westminster District included within the bold outline on,
Statutory Right~of-Way Plan No. 71194 be realeased;..

AND THAT His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be author iced - to
execute the necessary documents therefore and to affix the

Corporate Seal of the City thereto.

BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS:

Passage of the above noted resolution by the Council will
release a Right-of-Way obtained in the wrong ltocation over J.
Gandesha's davelopment on Coast Meridian Road. <A knew Right-
of-Way is in process of being registered in the correct

location.

A survey plan follows this memorandum and the old and new

locations are shown thereon.
