NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

ZONING BYLAW

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of
Port Coquitlam will hold a Public Hearing in the Council
Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port
Coquitlam, B.C. on Monday, April 11th,1983 at 7:30 p.m. to
consider the following proposed bylaw to amend the
"City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651":

Bylaw No. 1955: to rezone Lots 11, 12 & 13, District Lot 290,
Group One, Plan 1957, New Westminster District, from A-l1 to
RS-1A. ,

This property is located at 2320 Stafford Street and is
being rezoned to permit the construction of three single. family .
residences. .

A copy of the proposed bylaw and other relevant documents
“may be inspected in the Office of the City Clerk, Port Coquitlam
City. Hall, at the address given above, between. the hours of 8:30
a.m. to 4:30 p.m., on regular business days, from the date of
this Notice until the Public Hearing. ae :

All persons who deem their interest in. property affected by
the proposed bylaw shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard:
at the Public Hearing on matters contained in the bylaw...
