The Planning .& Zoning Committee have dealt with this question and ‘still support the application for a Neighbourhood Pub licence at this location. The Committee would therefore recommend that the Council support the appeal of the applicants and the Liquor Commission be so advised. The Committee also understands that the applicant for a Neighbourhood Pub licence at 3381 Coast Meridian also intends to appeal (the South-west corner of Dorset and Coast Meridian Road). The extension of the Commercial develop- ment North to this corner was discussed by Council at the June 27th meeting and it was decided at that time the Commercial should not extend North of the present Commercial development. With this.in mind, the Planning & Zoning Committee are not prepared to. recommend support of the application a licence at 3381 Coast Meridian Road.
