Dear Sir:

On behalf of the Winter Wind-Up Carnival Committee, we wish
to extend an invitation to His Worship Mayor Jack Campbell,
Mrs. Campbell, Aldermen and Janna Taylor, of the Recreational.
Department, to participate in our annual parade to be held on
the 20th of March, 1876. As in past years, we would ask that
all concerned be at the Port Recreation Centre by 9:45 a.m.
where we will have cars awaiting them.

In addition, we are enclosing herewith a proposed route for .
the parade which we trust you will find in order. We are .-
also requesting: that the City take care of road closures and...
