BY-LAW NO. 1316

A By-law to provide for the adoption of a capital expenditure
programme for a period of five years.

‘WHEREAS Section 199A of the Municipal Act requires that on or before
the fifteenth day of May in each year the Council shall cause to be prepared
and adopt by by-law a capital expenditure programme for a period of not less
than five years, showing estimates of the proposed source and application of
funds for capital purposes for each year of the programme;

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City
of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. Schedule "A" to this By-law shall be the capital expenditure
programme of The Corporation of the City of Port Cequitlam for the years
1974, 1975, 1976, 1977, and 1978.
2. The capital expenditure programme contained in Schedule "A" shall
remain in force and effect until a new five year capital expenditure programme
is adopted in the year 1975. ;
3. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the “City of Port
Coquitlam Five Year Capital Expenditure Programme By-law, 1974, No. 1316".

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this Twenty-ninth day of

April, 1974.

Read a third time by the Municipal Council this Twenty-ninth day of

April, 1974. .
Reconsidered, finally passed and adopted by the Municipal Council

of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam this Sixth day of May, 1974,
