At the iast Council Meeting, Aiderman Meyer gave Notice of a Motion that he iatended
to present with respect to the provision of park land on Mary Hill. Alderman Meyer has
now provided us with the following as the text of his resolution:

WHEREAS Mutual Development Corporation Ltd. and/or its successor companies has still
to convey, in accord with the terms of the original Agreement, over three acres of park

land relating to the already developed areas;

AND WHEREAS many of the other outstanding issues between the City and’ the development

companies have been resolved;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Administrator and City Solicitor be

instructed to enter into negotiations with Mutual Development Corporation Ltd. and/or its

guccessor companies to obtain sufficient land at the South end of the Eastern Drive town-
