Liquor Control Board of the requirements we have to meet for holding our Beer Garden this year. Two of these requirementa are letters of approval from our City and from our local R.C.M.P, Detachment. We kave sent a letter to Inspector M. Young requesting a letter of approval based upon last years Beer Garden held in the enclosed area of the Aggie Grounds directly behind the swimming pool. We respectfully request that you place thia letter of request for approval before City Council at the earliest possible date so we can proceed with our fund raising project to help offset the rest of the July lst expenses. We are aware that only six of these type of Licences will be granted in one Community in one Calendar year and therefore are submitting to Council much earlier this year. Thank you in advance for your co-operation. Yours in Community Service, Rin David Bieleny Beer Garden Chairman “Serving the Communities’ Greatest Needs” ALL CAN ADEAN SERVICE CIUR
