Within the 36 weeks, the Planning Department anticipates that the study will be
completed up to the preparation and introduction of appropriate bylaw
amendments. The above estimate does not include the time taken to process

and approve the amending bylaws.

V. Documentation

This study will result in a report on the findings and a map of the areas where
infill subdivision will be permitted. The changes to the single-family regulations
