That portion of read described in Section 1 hereof is hereby closed and
stopped up to traffic of ali kinds.

Those portions of land described in Section 2 hereof, when conveyed to the
City, shall be established as additiona to the roada in the City.

The Mayor and City Clerk of the City are hereby authorized to execute such
conveyances, deeds, maps, receipts and other documents on behalf of the
gaid City as may be necessary for the purposes aforesaid and to affix the

Corporate Seal of the City thereto.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the “Cedar Drive (4000 Block)
Lane Road Exchange Bylaw, 1992, No. 2695",
