M. The debt intended to be created by this Bylaw is in accordance with the
Regional Parks Capital Expenditure Program for the years 1991 to 1997 adopted by the
Board of the Regional District and attached hereto as Schedule "A";

NOW THEREFORE -the Board of the Greater Vancouver Regional District at a
meeting asserabled of which and for the purposes for which due notice was given,
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:

1. The Regional District is hereby authorized and empowered to borrow upon the
credit of the Regional District a sum not exceeding $5,000,000.00 for the purposes of
acquiring and developing regional parks and regional trails for the regional parks
service; ;

2. The maximum term for which debentures or other evidence of indebtedness
may be issued “ursuant to this bylaw is 20 years from the date of issue thereof;

3. This bylaw may be cited as "Regional Parks Loan Authorization Bylaw 1991
Number 701".
