As requested, we enclose a copy of a gurvey plan prepared by
Goudal Associates Ltd., showing a nine (9) Lot residentiais
gubdivision on the above property.

You will note that the right-of-way on Taylor Street has
been added to the lots.

Our client has indicated that he feels it would be equitabie
For the City to exchange this land for the land required for the
lane,

He has also indicated, however, that if the City insists on
his purchasing the land as a condition of subdivision then he is
prepared to purchase the land for the assessed value.

We trust this is sufficient for you to place the project on
the next Council Agenda for first and second reading. |
