BYLAW NO. 2601

A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in
open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

Ll. Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia
which are more particularly described as:

Lots 98, 99, 100 and 101
District Lot 342

Group One
Plan 2894

all in New Westminster District

are hereby rezoned from A~l (Agricultural) to RS-2 (Small Lot Residential)
and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is
hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Port Coquitlam zoning Bylaw,
1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1991, No. 2601".

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 27th day of May, 1991.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 27th day of May, 1991.
