A Bylaw to amend the "Counci! Procedure Bylaw, 1968, No. 899", APR 30 1984

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam, in open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

Section 401 of the "Counci| Procedure Bylaw, 1968, No. 899" is amended by
renumbering it as Section 401 (a) and by adding the following:

"(b) Unless any member of the Council then present objects the presiding officer
may accept a motion that combines the giving of two or more readings to zi
bylaw at one time." .

This Bylaw may be cited for al| purposes as the "Council Procedure Bylaw, 1968,

Amendment Bylaw, 1984, No. 203i",
