Clarification of inspection report of January 11, 1983.

1. Letter from an engineer to be submitted to the building ~
department, that the foundation is adequate (because it
appears to be placed on fill with unknowm consolidation)
before any more work being done.

Rooting application on addition dses not meet Building
. Code. requirements, Code requires minimum slope of 4/12

for corrugated roofing with Special fasteners. . The roof -
in question has nailing in the valley of the formed metal.
with black fibre gum placed over the nail heads, drying of
the material could cause a leak in the roof. Solution would
‘be’ to call ina competent roofer to explore possibilities .
then submit the proposal to the building department... ...

Rectify all framing infractions and call re-inspection
prior to covering with drywall. -
