SUBJECT: LEGAL DESCRIPTION: BACKGROUND: RECOMMENDATION: Application to rezone properties at 2378 and 2382 Wilson Avenue to RM-4 for the development of a 3-storey apartment building. Lots 1-4 of lot R, D.L. 289, Plan 2118a. The properties in question are presently. zoned RM-2 and are within phase l of the Downtown Apartment Plan. The proposed development therefore conforms to the. current policy of Council in regulating apartment developments. The proposed development is a typical 3~storey apartment building with 22 units. Parking at a ratio of 1.5 is to be provided underground with access to Wilson Avenue. The proposed development meets all zoning regulations appli- cable to RM-4.
