It has recently come to our attention that a large "Mobile Home Trailer" is being parked on your property which is located ina R.s. 1 (Residential) Zone and we wish to advise that such parking is contrary to the terms cf the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law 1979, No. 1651. The only trailer that may be parked upon the above noted property is a trailer that does not exceed a length of $m (26- 24 feet) and from our inspection the trailer does exceed the dength that is set out in the zoning By-law 1651. ° Due to the length restriction of trailers parking in re-~ ‘Sidential zones we are advising that a period of 21 days be given to correct this situation, and you are requested to insure that the "Mobil Home Trailer" parking on your Property is terminated before the expiry date. .
