Prior to passage of the foregoing resotution discussion ensued.

Mr. Ken Barnes was present representing Tymo Holdings Ltd. and advised
this will be the second year the marathon would be held and the proceeds
last year were approximately $1,000.00. Alderman Wright asked whether
the participants required parent's permission and Mr. Barnes advised it
was not required and he briefly outlined the procedure used to run the

marathon.
